In order to give your district flexibility, roles are completely customized by your district based on permissions and emergency types.
Once you create your role, it will become available to be assigned to users within your district under the User Settings.
For example- If you have a fire team who only reacts to fires, create the role "Fire Fighters". Select the fire type emergencies, Then select any permission you want available to those users. Only leave out permissions if you don't want users to have access to them.
