There are five roles available in aSAP (six if you count the System Administrator role).

Users must have at least one role, but can have multiple, even all of the roles.

Descriptions of the available roles are below.

SAP District Coordinator

This role can view everything for the entire district. This role has all available permissions. It can view cases that have been assigned to them as well as all other cases throughout the entire district.

This user can also Submit Teacher Referrals and View ALL Existing Teacher Referrals in the district.

SAP School Coordinator

This role can view everything for a single school (users can be assigned this role for multiple schools, if need be).

When a new SAP plan is referred for a given building, it will be assigned to this user. This user should only be assigned to one user per school.

This user can also Submit Teacher Referrals and View ALL Existing Teacher Referrals in the district.

SAP School Team User

This role is identical to the SAP School Coordinator (see above) with the exception of being assigned to new referrals.

This user can also Submit Teacher Referrals and View ALL Existing Teacher Referrals in the district.

SAP Teacher

SAP teachers can Submit Teacher Referrals and View Existing Teacher Referrals that they have sent.

SAP Team User

SAP Team Users can Submit Teacher Referrals and View ALL Existing Teacher Referrals in the school that they are assigned to. The Team User can also view SAP plans assigned to them.
