Adding Documents To I&R, 504, ETC There are two types of documents in Hibstervention.

SYSTEM DOCUMENTS-Documents uploaded to be viewed by every user within a specified plan type.
a.       IE, I&RS intervention plan.docx Is available to every intervention plan with the selected scope.
b.      You can select to have the document available to all users within the district, or select it for specific schools.
c.       You will not use this tab to upload information to an individual plan.
d.      Only a system admin can update this information.
Observation Documents- Documents uploaded to be associated with that specific plan.

a.       If it applies to this plan pertaining to an observation, Add the document and it can be retrieved from this plan at any time.

UPLOADED DOCUMENTS- Documents uploaded to be associated with that specific plan.
a.       If it applies to this plan, Add the document and it can be retrieved from this plan at any time.
Emailing Documents- In order to email documents to other users with out downloading them, Click on the and an email prompt will be brought up.

Adding Uploaded Document-  To add a new document, click on the  Icon and the document will be associated with that particular plan.

Retrieving Uploaded Document- To retrieve the document, Click the document and it will be downloaded to your computer.

Deleting Uploaded Documents- To delete an existing document, Click the and the document will be removed from the plan.
