PD3 Online Professional Development System

Comprehensive <> Efficient <> Accountable

PD3 contains over fifty professional training courses created by educational experts with limitless potential for expansion. It is an online professional development system that offers a comprehensive catalog of over fifty professional development courses delivered through engaging videos and slideshows with narration. The catalog contains a wide variety of educational topics and titles in accordance with numerous states’ statutory and regulatory guidelines. PD3 is not merely an online professional development portal—it is a comprehensive professional development management system, as it alleviates the administrative burdens related to the delivery and management of a school district’s professional development programs.

Comprehensive

PD3 provides an extensive catalog of professional development topics that extends beyond the minimum requirements for continuing education as set forth by numerous states’ department of education. The courses include in-depth content and effective training quality.

Efficient

PD3’s catalog of professional development titles is efficiently organized to easily find a desired training topic and/or category. Each course is divided into manageable micro-chapters that can be completed over multiple sessions, if necessary. This provides users with flexibility to complete assigned courses over time in a highly efficient manner.

Accountable

PD3 is built upon a powerful, proprietary platform that enables school districts to assign, manage, monitor, and record all professional development. Each course concludes with an online assessment that randomizes the order of questions and responses to maintain fidelity. Upon successful completion of the assessment, the user is provided with a PDF certificate of completion. Additionally, the software archives the record and sends an alert to the assigned system administrator. PD3 districts benefit from the system’s ability to set a completion date for each assigned course by user; track each user’s progress in real-time; send auto-alerts and reminders to users and administrators; send notifications to assigned users upon successful or unsuccessful completion of a course; and generate user and district-level reports that include course title, user name, date and time of completion and assessment results.
