Who should be assigned to this role? The Superintendent of the school district.
What can this role do? This role is able to view all interventions and
pre-interventions in the district, but can not edit them (unless assigned to
them). This role is also able to view every tabbed area in the Master Plan
menu.
HIBsterVention District Coordinator
Who should be assigned to this role? A single user, determined by the district, that oversees all interventions and pre-interventions.
What can this role do?This role is able to view all interventions and
pre-interventions in the district, but can not edit them (unless assigned to
them). This role is also able to view every tabbed area in the Master Plan
menu.
School-Level Access
Building Administrator
Who should be assigned to this role? The principal of a single school
What can this role do? This role is able to view all interventions and
pre-interventions for the school to which they are assigned, but can not edit them (unless assigned to
them). This role is also able to view every tabbed area in the Master Plan
menu.
Building Coordinator
Who should be assigned to this role? The person in charge of overseeing pre-interventions and interventions for a single building; could be the principal or the I&RS Coordinator
What can this role do? This role is able to view all interventions and
pre-interventions for the school to which they are assigned, but can not edit them (unless assigned to
them). This role is also able to view every tabbed area in the Master Plan
menu.
EDS stringly recommends limiting this role to a single user. When a pre-intervention is submitted to the I&RS Team, it is assigned to this user. If there are multiple Building Coordinators, there is no way to guarantee which Building Coordinator will be assigned to the new intervention.
Case Manager
Who should be assigned to this role? A member of the I&RS team that will serve as the lead on specific interventions
What can this role do? This role is able to view all interventions and pre-interventions for the school(s) to which they are assigned. This role is also able to view every tabbed area in the Master Plan
menu.
504 Coordinator
Who should be assigned to this role? A member of the I&RS Team that will implement, develop and oversee 504 interventions
What can this role do? This role is able to view all interventions and
pre-interventions for the school to which they are assigned, but can not edit them (unless assigned to
them). This role is also able to view every tabbed area in the Master Plan
menu.
ELL Coordinator
Who should be assigned to this role? A member of the I&RS Team that will implement, develop and oversee ELL interventions
What can this role do? This role is able to view all interventions and
pre-interventions for the school to which they are assigned, but can not edit them (unless assigned to
them). This role is also able to view every tabbed area in the Master Plan
menu.

What can this role do? This role is able to view only interventions assigned to them. This role is also able to view every tabbed area in the Master Plan

What can this role do? This role is designed to create and complete pre-interventions. It is able to view only pre-interventions which the user has created or to which they are assigned. It can view interventions assigned to them as well. This role is also able to view limited tabbed areas in the Master Plan

504 User

Nurse
Who should be assigned to this role? Usually the school nurse
What can this role do? This role is designed to access health-type interventions. Can also assign health best practices to users.
