The Teacher Referral tab allows users to see previous teacher referrals for the corresponding student. This information is for reference.
Teacher Referral Submitted From: Shows the sap plan that was initially sent and created the plan.
Includes- Additional information
Documents- Includes all additional documents attached to the teacher referral.
To go directly to the teacher referral, Click on the link in the legend.
To review the form from the initial report, Select the Initial Referral Tab.
Previous Teacher Referrals: Shows all teacher referrals associated with the student.
Sap Plan History: Displays all plans created in the past for the student.
